Some very exciting news! We will be opening a special POP UP shop in Clydach from 26th March to 29th March. The children will be selling products all to do with their topic this term and have been busy learning the skills involved in being an entrepreneur! Watch this space for more information.

A massive WELL DONE to our girls football team who have progressed to the Swansea School FA finals night on June 8th. They played really well in their recent tournament winning 3 games, 3-1, 8-0 and 8-0 and only losing one game!
All of Craigfelen has been busy practicing for the forthcoming Sign to Sing Event which will be held on Thursday 8th February. They have to sing and sign and raise money for Sign Health a sign language charity.
Reception and Year 5/6 recently had a visit from Zoolab to learn all about mini beasts. They had the opportunity to handle a wide range of unusual mini beasts and to ask questions to an expert. School Council recently carried out interviews with all of KS2 to find out their views on a range of topics to help their Pupil Power Plan progress.
Year 3/4 and Year 4/5 recently went on a round the world food tour. They tasted food from countries all around the world, some nice and some not so nice. They used this experience to help them think of food they could sell in our POP UP shop that is coming soon!
Year 5/6 have been learning about Worm Charming and how we can attract worms up to the ground using vibrations. They carried out an investigation into how many worms are under our rugby field. On average there are 13,600 worms under the field!
Year 3/4 and 4/5 have recently been into Clydach to carry out a Village survey of shops and services before we launch our brand new POP UP shop after half term.
Outdoor Learning is now fully up and running. All Key Stage Two classes are learning loads from being out in the Nature Reserve. They have been carrying out lots of hands on tasks linked to their topics. There are more pictures available in our gallery section.
